Students enrolled in the IEP can fulfill their English requirement by successfully completing Level 5 of the IEP or by passing the TOEFL test (ITP) offered at the University of Miami. Once your English condition has been met, you will be able to enroll in fulltime academic study to pursue your major. For more information about the Intensive English Program please visit their web site: www.miami.edu/iep
Prior to enrolling at the Intensive English Program, you may submit official TOEFL/IELTS results. If you wish to have these results reviewed for consideration, official test scores must be received in the Office of International Admission before April 15, 2013. Test results received after this date will not be accepted and no changes will be made to your conditional admission. The university reserves the right to retest any student’s English language proficiency upon arrival, including those who have a passing score.
