Please complete the nomination form below by Friday, September 6th, 2013. Once you submit the nomination form, you will be asked to submit a letter describing how your counselor has impacted your college search process. Please note: Only nominations that include a letter of support about your counselor will be reviewed by the award committee.

The letter of support must be received by Friday, September 6th, 2013. E-mail your letter to Lindsay Dufresne at ldufresne@miami.edu.

You will be contacted in January 2014 if your counselor was selected. The counselors who receive an award will be honored at a reception in Coral Gables and you will be invited to attend the event. Thank you for your submission!
