Orientation

Fall Orientation begins on

August 21, 2013

Below are a few steps you'll need to follow to finalize your
place in the Class of 2017.

Submit your $300 (non-refundable) deposit on myUM by
May 1st.

Once we receive your enrollment deposit, you'll be able to...(see below)

Apply for housing, if applicable.

Sign up for a meal plan, if applicable.

REGISTER for Fall 2013 classes (New Freshmen Only). Registration instructions can be found on the New Freshmen Registration website. Note: Only new freshman can register for classes online. New transfer students should contact their school/college for information about how to register for classes.

New students will be able to register for Orientation on CaneLink starting Monday May 27th – August 9th. Students will receive an email from the Department of Orientation once registration opens.

Check out your financial aid package, if applicable. INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS - Please note that federal- and state-based financial assistance is offered only to admitted U.S. citizens and permanent residents. Instead, visit the Tuition & Scholarships page for international students.

Submit your photo for your student Cane ID card.
