About Me:
My hometown is Gulf Stream, Florida. I graduated with a B.S.Ed in Sports Administration with a Business Administration minor from the University of Miami in 2012. I continued on with my education and graduated with an M.S.Ed in Sports Administration from the University of Miami in May of 2013. My hobbies outside of work include wakeboarding, golfing, movies, and cooking.

Why should a high school student choose UM?
I feel that a high school student should choose UM because it is one of the top institutions in the country and it has so much to offer both in and out of the classroom. The school is very diverse and exposes you to different cultures on a daily basis. There are so many options when it comes to majors and areas of study that you will find the one that fits you the best, and the one that you will enjoy. Not many other schools offer the teacher to student ratio that Miami offers. The University of Miami offers so much for every student.

What's the best memory you have at UM?
Some of my best memories were spent on the football field. Nothing compares to running out of the smoke in Sun Life Stadium to thousands of screaming Hurricane fans. I really enjoyed my time at the University of Miami, both on and off of the field.

What advice would you give a high school student applying to UM?
I would tell a student that is applying to UM to make sure that they are well rounded and that they need to make their senior year their best year, both in and out of class. I would tell them to enjoy their last year in high school and be ready to take advantage of everything that the college or university that they choose has to offer. I would also encourage the student to visit the campus to experience that lifestyle that is the University of Miami.
