Viewing a Log of all the COB Back Up Activities

1. Click on the Log Tab and the information will appear as illustrated below.

 

The green arrow indicates that the backup occurred successfully.

The red "X" indicates that the backup was not successful; this may

occur when a particular file is open during the backup or when there is a connection error to the server.

 

2. Clicking the button at the bottom of the screen will open

a screen that will describe which files weren't backed up and why certain

files were not backed up.
