University of Miami's Frost School of Music Presents An Evening of "Symphonic Jazz with Vocals"

CORAL GABLES, FL–The University of Miami’s Frost School of Music will host a concert featuring the school’s  multiple Downbeat award-winning Jazz Vocal Ensemble I, widely regarded as one of the best in the nation.

The “Symphonic Jazz with Vocals” concert will take place on Tuesday, March 18th at 8:00 pm and will also feature the UM Frost Symphony Orchestra and the School’s Jazz Department conducted by Larry Lapin. They will accompany the Frost Jazz Vocal Ensemble on symphonic arrangements of the most well-known jazz standards.

The concert will be held at the Maurice Gusman Concert Hall located at the Frost School of Music on the University of Miami Coral Gables campus, 1314 Miller Road. Tickets are $15 for general admission. For more information or to make reservations, call (305) 284-5813.
