The University issues photo identification cards to regular full-time and regular part-time employees.
Identification cards are issued as follows:
Coral Gables Campus: Report to Allen Hall, room 111.
Miller School Campus: Report to the Security Department located in Dominion Tower Roof Garden, 1400 NW 10th Avenue. Employees must present a signed Interdepartmental Requisition form.
Rosenstiel School Campus: Contact the Facilities Administration Office at 305-421-406..
The ID card may be used for on-campus check cashing and library privileges, entrace to University events, discount privileges (bookstore, football, basketball, and baseball season tickets), use of recreational facilities (some facilities require additional fees), purchase of parking permits, and other appropriate uses when identification is required. If the ID card is lost, the employee is responsible for the charge for a replacement. ID cards are the property of the University and must be returned at the cessation of employment.
