For illustrative purposes the following is a partial list of the types of conduct which could result in University disciplinary action:
B. The Office of the Dean of Students will be notified of alleged Rathskeller violations. Intoxication The Manager of the Rathskeller or his/her designee acting in place of the Manager shall have the sole authority to determine, in his/her judgment, whether persons are intoxicated or are becoming intoxicated, and to take disciplinary action against such persons in accordance with these Rathskeller policies and procedures. Control efforts will be employed to preclude a patron from becoming intoxicated. However, if in the judgment of the Manager or his/her designees a patron becomes intoxicated, the Manager or his/her designees shall take such action as may be proper under the circumstances with regard for the safety and well being of the intoxicated individual, and other persons and property. Such action may include the referral of this individual for arrest and prosecution by legal authorities. Guest Policy Rathskeller members are permitted to bring in two guests each. Each of these guests must present identification for proof of age. Only official State issued Driver Licenses or Identification Cards, Military I.D. and Passports with photographs will be accepted.
