• Ask you academic advisor to complete the Academic Advisor’s Withdrawal from Fulltime Enrollment Notification - click here. • Bring the completed notification form and your Form I-94 to ISSS and drop them off at the reception so that your ISSS advisor can review them. If your academic advisor has indicated that you should drop below full course load for one of the valid reasons listed on the notification form and you are eligible for such a reduction in your course load, then your ISSS advisor will authorize the reduced course load. ISSS will also prepare a letter authorizing you to drop below full course load which you will need to take to the Registrar’s Office. • Please allow three business days for processing of your request to drop below full course load. • Please e-mail your ISSS advisor if you have any questions regarding dropping below full course load.
