Workshop 1: Advisor Relations with Executive Board Time and Location: Tuesday, October 21st at 12:15-1:30, UC 245

Summary: This workshop will review different scenarios that can come up throughout the year and we will discuss possible solutions. We will also review good ideas and ways to guide an executive board in general and when there are personal problems amongst the students. We will then open the floor to veteran advisors and discuss past problems and their good and bad solutions.

Workshop 2: DMAS

Time and Location: Thursday, November 20th at 12:15-1:30, UC 245

Summary: We will review the system of DMAS and exactly how it works and open the floor for question and answer session.

Workshop 3: Recruitment and Retention

Time and Location: Thursday, December 5th at 12:15-1:30, UC 237

Summary: This workshop will review issues amongst many organizations with recruitment as well as keeping the students involved and active. Many organizations have this problem toward the end of the semester, so we will discuss possible solutions to keeping students interested throughout the entire semester and initiatives that will help give a strong start to your organizations in the spring semester.
