The University of Miami Police Department presented “Public Safety Career Day,” a Police, Fire and Rescue presentation, demonstration and recruiting event on Saturday, February 24, 2007 from 1 to 3 pm.  The event took place on the field at the corner of Granada and Ponce de Leon Boulevards.  Police, Fire and Rescue units from the University of Miami, City of Coral Gables,  Miami-Dade County, Homeland Security and others were present to show their stuff.  A sincere thank you to all who participated!
