The Office of
Student Account Services at the University of Miami is pleased to provide you
with information relating to the Florida Prepaid College Program. This
information will assist parents and students who participate in the program
toward making the appropriate financial decisions that will authorize payment to
the University from your savings in the plan. This information will guide you in
applying your Florida Prepaid funds to the cost of education here at the
University of Miami. Furthermore, please find the specific instructions,
information, and forms that you will need in order to begin, or continue, using
your Florida Prepaid Funds. We encourage you to read the information carefully
and return the required authorization form to the University by June 15th.
Please note that the form may be returned via mail or via fax as noted in the
brochure.
